Midnight was written in the mid 90's by Deivito's friend and fellow songwriter Jose Arrunategui - formerly of the band Champagne Reign of Elizabeth, NJ.

The original recording was an extremely lo-fi - yet purely magical - analog 4-track recording which captured the feel of a 1960s folk recording.
I added one verse of me own and some hoots and hollers to spread this ditty out a bit.

Midnight has, needless to say, quite an universal center to it and I've always been partial to this one.
